In this meeting, we’ll discuss your vision for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, as well as any questions or concerns you may have. During this meeting, you will get to know more about me and I am thrilled to learn more about you!

For Booked Clients
Are you ready to meet to review your birth plan, practice some breathing and relaxation techniques? Partners are you ready to practice the double hip squeeze and support the birther? Then you have come to the right place!
Paiten will review/discuss the final touches of your birth plan, receive any updates, educate you (and your partner) about various labor positions, stretches, double hip squeezes, and more.
Practice/Demonstrate: We will practice and demonstrate various labor positions, breathing and relaxation techniques, and more.
Additional resources, documents, and videos will be provided.
